注意事項
- 民政及青年事務局（下稱「民青局」）「連青人網絡」是由「民青局」所運作，「連青人網絡」會籍不設任何會員費用。
- 民青局會向青年發展活動主辦/協辦單位或以其他方式收集個人資料，並會透過電郵/電話短訊/電話等方式向會員傳送有關青年政策事務及青年發展活動的資訊。
- 民青局對未能成功傳送的電郵/電話短訊或未能以電話接觸會員的情況概不負責。
- 民青局有絕對的酌情權以任何理由終止/取消任何會員會籍。
- 「連青人網絡」成員有權要求查閱及更正民青局「連青人網絡」所持有的個人資料，亦有權作出退會申請。請以書面方式把有關要求/申請電郵致民青局「連青人網絡」 (電郵: youthnetwork@hyab.gov.hk)。
個人資料私隱政策聲明
民青局尊重個人資料私隱，並致力遵行保障資料原則及全面實施《個人資料（私隱）條例》(《條例》)的所有相關規定。
民青局承諾：
(a)在當事人知情的情況下，以合法和公平的方法收集足夠(但不過量)的個人資料，而該等資料必須只為本局的職能或活動相關的合法目的而收集；
(b)採取一切合理而切實可行的步驟，確保在顧及收集得來或保存的個人資料用於指定目的時這些個人資料是準確的，以及個人資料的保存時間不得超過
將資料保存以使用於指定目的所需的時間；
(c)把收集得來的個人資料，只用於在收集資料時所指定的目的或直接有關的目的，除非當事人已表明同意更改資料用途，或法律容許更改資料的用途；
(d)採取一切合理可行的步驟，保障個人資料不受未獲准許的或意外的查閱、處理、刪除或其他使用所影響；
(e)採取一切合理可行的步驟，確保公眾能獲告知本局的個人資料私隱政策及措施；以及
(f)准許資料當事人查閱及更正個人資料，並以法律准許或規定的方式處理該等查閱／改正個人資料的要求。
Notices:
- The Youth Link is launched by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau (HYAB), and there is no membership fee associated with it.
- HYAB may collect personal information from participants through youth development activities organised/ co-organised by HYAB, or through other means, and may contact members via email, SMS or phone call to provide information on youth policy and youth development activities.
- HYAB is not responsible for any unsuccessful email/ SMS delivery or failure to reach members by phone.
- HYAB reserves the absolute discretion to terminate/ cancel any membership for any reason.
- Members of the Youth Link have the right to request access to and correction of personal data held by the HYAB in relation to the Youth Link, as well as the right to apply for withdrawal from the membership. Please submit relevant requests/ applications by sending email to the Youth Link (Email: youthnetwork@hyab.gov.hk).
Statement of Personal Data Privacy Policy
The Home and Youth Affairs Bureau (HYAB) respects personal data privacy and is committed to implementing and complying with the data protection principles and relevant provisions under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).
HYAB undertakes to –
(a) collect adequate, but not excessive, personal data by lawful and fair means only for lawful purposes related to HYAB’s functions or activities and for which, data subjects shall be informed;
(b) take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that the personal data collected or retained are accurate, and that the personal data are not kept longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are to be used;
(c) use the personal data collected only for purposes or directly related purposes for which the data were to be used at the time of collection, unless the data subject concerned has given express consent for a change of use or such use is permitted by law;
(d) take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that personal data are protected against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or other use;
(e) take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that the public is informed of HYAB’s policy and practices in relation to personal data; and
(f) permit data subjects to access and correct their personal data and process any such access/ correction requests in a manner permitted or required by law.
