如何成為「連青人網絡」會員?

「連青人網絡」會員目標對象為年齡介乎*12至39歲的青年人。歡迎曾參與各項由政府舉辦或資助的青年發展項目／活動參加者登記成為會員。

 

* 18歲以下（即12歲至17歲）的申請者須獲得父母或監護人的同意才能成為「連青人網絡」會員。 申請人須將填妥及已簽署的家長/監護人同意書提交至youthnetwork@hyab.gov.hk


How to become a Youth Link member?

The Youth Link is specifically designed for young people aged between *12 and 39.  Participants of various youth development programmes/activities organised or funded by the Government are welcome to register as members.

 

* Applicants aged under 18 (i.e., between the ages of 12 and 17) shall obtain consent from their parent or guardian to become a member of the Youth Link.  Applicants should submit the completed and signed Parent's/ Guardian's Consent Form to youthnetwork@hyab.gov.hk
