Personal information, which is provided by participants voluntarily, will be used solely for activities related to the STEM-Up HK Innovation and Technology Competition. Access to the information will be restricted to the staff processing the applications for vetting, contact and other relevant purposes. Unless it is specified, the particulars of the participants will be retained by the JPC as records of the Competition, all such information will be destroyed within one year after the conclusion of the Competition. Participants may write to JPC staff for enquiries concerning access to or amendment of the personal information provided.
