Points to Note:
(1)    The admission tickets for this event to be held at Hong Kong Correctional Services Academy, 47 Tung Tau Wan Road, Stanley, Hong Kong will be allocated randomly by a computer ballot.
(2)    Each successful applicant will be allocated four (4) electronic admission tickets via email.
(3)    Successful applicants shall not transfer or resell their admission tickets.
(4)    All personal data provided by applicants will only be used for conducting a computer ballot for allocation of admission tickets of this event.
(5)    The deadline for application is 4th December 2022.
(6)    Applicants have the right to request access to or correction of the personal data provided in the application form in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.  Such requests shall be made in writing to the Access to Information Officer of the Department. 

If the information provided in the application is insufficient, the Department may not be able to process your application.  If the application is accepted, the personal data provided is used solely for the purpose of conducting a computer ballot.
