About Police Mentorship Programme (Mainland)

The Police Mentorship Programme was first launched in 2004 as a proactive recruitment strategy to inspire high caliber university students to join the Force after graduation.

PMP (Mainland) Mentors of inspectorate rank or above who are graduates of the Mainland universities will lead mentees from their respective parent institutions and share with them knowledge, experience and challenges in the career of a police officer.

Through PMP (Mainland), mentees have ample opportunities to participate in various kinds of activities, such as visits to police units, participate in interview workshops, and the Internship Programme (summer and winter period).

Eligibility

PMP (Mainland) is now open for application to students who are studying at Mainland universities or graduates who have graduated from Mainland universities for not more than two years.
