The purpose of the Ethical Phishing Email Campaign 2023 (the Campaign), organized
by Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau (CSTCB), is to enhance public
awareness of phishing attacks.
By signing this consent form, you are representing your Company /  Organisation to acknowledge that you understand and agree to
the clauses set forth below: -
(a) I confirm that the arrangement of the Campaign has been explained to me.
(b) I understand that all participants should be informed about the Campaign before
the launch.
(c) I understand that to appear as realistic as possible, the simulated phishing emails
sent in the Campaign may contain the name, brand or logo of unaffiliated third
parties.
(d) I agree that neither party shall be liable to the other for any loss or corruption of
data, remedial costs, loss of operation or staff time, loss of goodwill or anticipated
savings, loss of anticipated profit or savings, or pure economic loss.
(e) I agree that any information about the provision of the Campaign by CSTCB
should not be discussed in the presence of third parties, or disclosed to any third
parties.
(f) I understand that the participation is on voluntary basis and that I am free to
withdraw at any time.
(g) I confirm that I and the staff / personnel of my company / organisation have
acknowledged that email addresses collected in the Campaign will not be made
publicly available except to third-party vendor / service provider that performs
tasks on behalf of CSTCB and under the instruction of CSTCB.
