此簡介會由香港海關貴金屬及寶石交易商監理科主辦。為履行香港在打擊洗錢及恐怖分子資金籌集的的國際義務，《打擊洗錢及恐怖分子資金籌集條例》（第 615 章）已被修訂及引入貴金屬及寶石交易商註冊制度，並於 2023 年 4 月 1 日實施。香港海關將會負責該制度，並因此舉辦是次簡介會以解釋註冊規定。歡迎從事貴金屬及寶石業務的交易商參加。

This seminar is hosted by the Dealers in Precious Metals and Stones Supervision Bureau of Customs and Excise Department. To fulfill Hong Kong’s international obligations for combating money laundering and terrorist financing, the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615) has been amended to introduce a registration regime for dealers in precious metals and stones for commencement on 1 April 2023.  Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department would take charge of the regime and therefore organize this seminar for introducing the registration requirements.  All dealers in the precious metals and stones business are welcome to join.  

 

Seats are limited. Each applicant should submit an individual application form.
