Introduction

 

To promote green environment and facilitate preparation and processing of submissions under the Buildings Ordinance, the Buildings Department (BD) is developing an Electronic Submission Hub (ESH).

 

BD launched Stage 1 of the ESH on 30 June this year which would accept electronic structural plan submissions for building works above ground (excluding alteration and addition works) and related applications .

 

BD encourages building stakeholders to submit plans electronically via the ESH. This trial workshop aims to provide individuals or groups of practitioners with hands-on tutorial sessions on using ESH.

 

The online trial workshop is available until 31 October 2022.

  •  Opening Hour : 

      Monday to Friday (09:30am - 12:30pm & 2:00pm - 5:00pm)

      Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday (Closed)

 

  •  For each company/organization, each session is THREE hours (max.).   
  • The date and time of the workshop will be arranged in accordance with the number of participants and the participants wlll be notified separately.
