Youth.gov.hk User Questionnaire

The main purpose of the questionnaire is to know more about the users of Youth.gov.hk. As a token of appreciation, a coffee shop $25 cash voucher will be awarded to the target respondents upon the completion of the questionnaire while stock lasts.

(Prize winners will be notified by a confirmation e-mail. Please note that they will receive the cash voucher only if they present proof that they belong to the category of respondants they declared. No emails will be sent to unsuccessful applicants.)
