EffO is maintaining an intranet platform for access by government bureaux and departments (B/Ds), featuring selected I&T solutions to meet the business needs of B/Ds, promotional events organised by EffO, success stories of I&T adoption of B/Ds and funding sources for I&T implementation. In addition, B/Ds may submit their business needs online through the portal for solution matching by EffO.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the information about your I&T solutions (in English) by filling in the following e-form. If it is found suitable, we would post the information to the InnoGov Portal to encourage government adoption. However, EffO is not obliged to post the submitted information, and has the sole discretion not to accept any information that is deemed not appropriate.

Purpose of Collection

1. Processing I&T solutions of your company;
2. Publishing on government intranet and internet websites as market information;
3. Recording and preparing statistics; and
4. Facilitating communication among government bureaux/departments and your company.
Transfer of Data
The personal data provided by means of this form may be disclosed to other government bureaux/departments.
Access to Personal Data
Subject to exemptions under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to or correction of personal data provided. Such request should be sent to the email address: enquiry@effo.gov.hk
